Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Road transfer from Windhoek to Etosha National Park

A tour guide will pick you up when you arrive in Windhoek. You will then drive to Etosha National Park in a modern safari vehicle. The drive takes about 4 hours. When you arrive, you will drive to the lodge.

Check in and relax in your room. Lunch will be served in the afternoon. In the evening, you can join an optional tour near the lodge. This tour offers chances to see animals, enjoy the flat landscapes, and take photos of the park. Return to the lodge at sunset for dinner and rest. Get ready for the adventures of the next day.

Day 2: Exciting game drive in Etosha National Park

You will have a tasty breakfast at sunrise, prepared by the lodge team. After breakfast, you will go on a morning game drive. During this drive, you will explore the flat lands of Etosha and see animals like elephants, Cape buffalo, aardvarks, zebras, giraffes, leopards, hyenas, and waterbucks. Return to the lodge around midday for a delicious lunch.

In the afternoon, enjoy a 4×4 drive through the dusty plains. This is a fun way to see more plants and animals in the park. The drive lasts all afternoon. In the evening, return to the lodge to relax. Dinner will be served, and you will rest overnight.

Day 3: More game drives in Etosha National Park

Breakfast will be served early at the lodge. After that, you will take a morning game drive to see more rare plants and animals. The morning is a good time to spot cats such as leopards and lions, and their followers like spotted hyenas.

Enjoy the drive all morning. Return to the lodge around midday for a tasty lunch. In the afternoon, continue exploring the park on a game drive in the western part. Here, you will see many bird species found in the south, including Okaukuejo, violet-eared waxbills, palm swifts, lanner falcons, red-billed teals, barn owls, rufous-cheeked nightjars, vultures, martial eagles, sunbirds, hammerkops, and secretary birds.

Drive back to the lodge at sunset. Enjoy dinner and rest overnight.

Day 4: Travel back to Windhoek

The lodge team will prepare an early breakfast for you at sunrise. After breakfast, check out of the lodge and say goodbye to the staff. Then, start the 4-hour drive back to Windhoek. In Windhoek, you will catch your flight home, ending your safari.
